Les contingences africaines et la Singularité de l’Intelligence Artificielle : les contretemps

La théorie de l’action sociale s’inscrit dans une théorie générale de Tallcot Parson qui enrôle dans notre débat une construction unilatérale d’un système social englobant ou dans les pratiques, un mode de vie dans des environnements de plus en plus partagés. La Singularité de l’Intelligence Artificielle est une prospective d’un environnement humain substitué par un environnement modélisé, faisant de l’agir Artificiel un moteur de la conscience de l’humanité. L’institutionnalisation d’une Afrique homogène imaginaire fait l’épreuve de la diversification culturelle consolidée dans la réalité du quotidien. Le contretemps apparait comme l’existence d’un paradoxe entre l’appropriation de l’environnement de l’agir conscient par l’environnement de l’agir des algorithmes dans lequel l’Afrique est absente. Nous pouvons interroger aussi cette absence au niveau de son alignement dans un monde intégré, avec certes un modèle unilatéral, mais performant.

The setback appears to be the existence of a paradox between the appropriation of the environment of conscious action by the environment of algorithmic action, in which Africa is absent. We can also question this absence at the level of its alignment in an integrated world, with admittedly a unilateral but effective model.
