Résumé : The excavation of an antiq villa in Ris-Orangis (Essonne, France) makes it possible to carry out the different methods of reading (zootechnical, phosphorus mapping and analysis of fecal lipid biomarkers) leading to the interpretation of a building as a sheepfold.
