Two cases leading to atomization with a liquid fiber step are briefly discussed: ultrasonic vibrations and injection by parallel or concentric jets. The size distribution of formed drops is important for engine design and combustion efficiency. The influence of the various parameters, including the ratio of injection jet density, is the subject of current research.}}
