The polynomial considered is of finite order and involves the entire function $$$f(z)$$$ and its shift $$$f(z + c)$$$ where $$$c \in ℂ$$$. Suitable examples are given to prove the sharpness of sharing exceptional values of Borel and Nevanlinna.}}
