AB  - The objective of this paper consists in presenting a resilience methodological approach developed since decade with the aim of taking into account the complexity of urban critical infrastructures in a context of risks management. This complexity is tackled according to the omnipresence of interdependences, collectively demonstrated as vector of initiating and spreading disruptions. The methodological approach is applied to several urban systems and tested with the objective of integrating the complexity and producing required knowledge the actions in favour of the risk
management.
